"It Went Very Well !!! This is a BIG deck 700 Square feet and a wrap around on pillars. I got a call back from John Jr. within 24 hours with an apology it was not quicker. (Other business sent me e-mails asking for photos or took a few days to get back). John was there the early evening of the day we talked and did the estimate. He went out of his way to get there as soon as possible even though it was no emergency. The price was upper mid range and the quality was excellent.The job included replacement of a number of 2 to 4 foot sections of decking that were damaged. Their protocol is to use a mold killer before pressure wash. They use ArborCoat stain which is high quality Benjamin Moore. Application was brush and roller which provided great coverage. Work was done when promised and area cleaned up at the end of the day. This is a family business and they care about the quality of their work. I would recommend them and am having them return to do some other work (carpentry and painting) on the outside of our house"

"They did a spectacular job considering what they had to work with when they started. The roof is exceptional. I don't have any leaks and I don't have roof shingles blowing off in my yard or the neighbors' yard; it is wonderful. They weren't the cheapest, but they were right down there. It was a fair price. They had it done when they said they would have it done."

"This job was complicated by the fact that the existing paint on the old house and garage had a high lead content; this increased the cost of the job because of how the scraping and protection of soil and property had to be handled. The workers are lead paint certified. Vince and crew were prompt and efficient; the house and garage (which included a metal garage door which was rusting and needed a fair amount of sanding) were completed in four and a half days. The house was painted white and two colors were used for trim. High quality Sherwin Williams primer and paint were used. All of our questions were answered and calls and texts were returned promptly. The crew was top rate! This was the most hassle-free contracting job I've ever experienced.
