The side of my house had a chaotic mess of overgrown brush extending past my property, all gone now. They removed all the weeds from my brick patio , it’s so lovely now . My shed & outside propane tank is all clear now. And they cut back branches of my beautiful Sassafras tree from my gutter & give me a better view from my deck . The whole crew was so kind & friendly. "Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "When I first met Nichole, she seemed knowledgeable and helpful. after I told her they had the job, I never heard from her again, even though I texted her and asked her to call me which she never did. she never once visited the job site or followed through with any updates or even if I was satisfied with how things were going or if I was happy with the work when the job was complete. The painters, Nico and his crew were wonderful. they did an excellent job and went above and beyond. The work side of the project was great, but the sales side was not impressive to say the least."

"Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. Overall, I am pleased with the repairs to my front porch, and know if there are future issues, they will be resolved."
