He also failed to space the deck boards which caused a massive drainage issue and had also failed to install flashing. The results were a collapsing deck, a sagging door, and a sinking floor. Joe was able to remediate every issue and even went a step further to remediate all of the other issues the faulty installation caused in the first place!
