"I contacted Jeff in July 2020 for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. He was able to make it out to my house later that day and provide a pretty good estimate considering we didn’t know the exact details of what we wanted just the layout. Jeff was very friendly and upfront about how much he charged for everything. After thinking about it for a week we decided to go with them and get on the schedule. My wife was pregnant at the time and Jeff was very accommodating to schedule the job prior to her due date which was in September. His crew did an outstanding job from demoing to completing the bathroom. His team even made suggestions for the design as they were building it out that surpassed what we had envisioned. During the process his team found issues and mistakes made by our builder which they corrected. Jeff was always upfront on any additional costs throughout the project and always asked before proceeding. In the end we went over budget but that was our fault for not knowing exactly what we wanted to do when we started the project. My advice if you can get as much completed on design and materials ahead of time the better. We will hire them in the future for other projects."

"After getting several estimates, we chose this family-owned Texas contractor because of their transparent fixed-price bid. Our bathroom remodel came in exactly as promised. The custom tile shower is stunning, and the crew finished everything in only 9 days. The quality exceeded our expectations for the price range."

"We wanted our secondary bathroom converted to a walk in shower. From our initial contact for the planning phase until the completion of the project was beyond professional. We were treated with courtesy aand respect going over everything we requested. The results were PERFECT. Gene and Manuel arrived on time, prepped our area, installed the shower and cleaned up their work, and explained ever use in less than 9 hours. The warranty is great, and there was a follow-up call from the home office. My wife and I are thrilled with the results, and we highly recommend Expo Home Improvement for any bathroom remodel."

"They did both bathrooms in one week. Two crews. I came home from a trip to beautiful work!"

"I was so excited with the work Unique Remodeling did for me. I had been trying for nearly a year to get a remote controlled electric attic ladder installed. Most I talked to had no idea they existed. I company never even started it even after collecting my deposit. When Albert responded to an online inquiry, I was so impressed with his professionalism & enthusiasm, Albert kept me informed of every aspect of the install. He is highly skilled & knowledgeable. What he’s unfamiliar with, he thoroughly researches. High quality, reliable, aesthetically pleasing work. I also needed grab bars installed in both of bathrooms. I asked Albert if he could install. Again friendly, professional, quality, prompt workmanship. In all that he does, I witnessed a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in completing the jobs with minimal disruption. Albert did an admirable job cleaning everything up and removing all debris. I highly recommend Unique Remodeling & Floor Design!"

"Salesman didn't have the proper forms. Quoted one price upon which we agreed; however, when the statement arrived the cost was for double the amount. After several calls back and forth, the statement was corrected but only after lots of stress and aggravation. The installation team did not clean up after the installation. My lawn service was kind enough to clean up debris left behind. Also, will eventually have to paint over the nails used to reattach the hardiplank planks after blowing in the insulation through the holes in the cardboard lining keeping the existing insulation in place. They would have painted over the nail if I'd had the paint; however, I did not know there would be a need for paint. Therefore, I did not have any available for them. I expected they would blow in the insulation through opening in the wall into the attic. The installer found that there was not enough crawl space to use that method; therefore, they used the process I described. They only had white paint and used it to cover at 8-10 spots. However, that does not look good. After all this consternation, I HAVE noticed improvement in cooling and heating of that room. It's good insulation. The process they used, however, presented many opportunities for improvement to it."
