"The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
