"Initial service call was very prompt (within two hours). The electrician did not have proper materials on truck to change service lead on the dryer and suggested he obtain that and return on Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) promising to call me with a schedule. He never called at all and I called the office on Monday. The electrician then called and arranged a time to finish the job. It is my belief that the office never knew about the promise to call me on Friday. I really believe that was a breakdown with the individual employee. It got fixed, the job got done timely and the price was right."
