After I got the estimate Benito came out again and said he didn’t think retaining wall would solve problem. After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly.
