"Contacted Mr Rain through Angie's List. Caroline got back to me quickly and set up a time for Luke to come by for a quote. He was on time and provided a reasonable quote. Scheduled a couple weeks out for the install. Luke came on time that morning and had it done in one day. He programmed the system per my instructions, and bang! I don't have to move hoses anymore. Thanks Mr Rain!"

"We first contacted DHI in the fall of 2015 for an estimate on an irrigation system for our property((approx. 1.5 acres) including lawn and extensive perennial beds. After getting several bids from various contractors we decided to go with DHI but by the time we got to it they were booked up for the fall so we decided to try again in the spring. We contacted them again in April and they agreed to price from the previous fall and we scheduled the installation. Dale Hurt and his crew came on time and were very efficient in installing the system and in providing the plumber to connect up system to house. The whole project took about 1 day and included two outdoor spigots that were needed for pond and gardening purposes. A major leak was discovered when they turned it on and this was promptly repaired. After running the system for a few days we noticed that the spray nozzles needed to be adjusted and that the rain sensor was not working properly. After calling DHI, Steve Hurt came out and went through all the nozzles (58) and adjusted them to our needs and showed me how to adjust them and found that the sensor was in the standby mode, again he changed to active mode and it seems to work for heavy rains. We would have DHI again for sprinkler installations if we needed such."

"After years of keeping our in-ground sprinkler system running, I finally ran into a vexing problem that I couldn't seem to fix myself. The technician arrived early, which was fine. It took him just minutes to find and repair the problem. He was very polite, and he even suggested I buy a couple tools (found at Home Depot) that I could use to make similar repairs more efficient. Even though this was a very small job, I was impressed and will definitely use Northway Irrigation again if the need arises. The bill came later and was about as expected. We were not given an estimate of the cost up front."

"It turned out the work I needed have done would have been more expensive than what my regular guy would have charged. I spoke with Joy Beckman in their offices through email, she very nice and easy to work with. Scheduling also wasn't going to work. My sprinkler guys is getting closer to retirement and I will most likely use this company when that time comes."

"The team showed early on within the scheduled window. They checked all the sprinkler heads replacing one that was clogged for $20. Addressed all my concerns by adjusting the sprinkler heads in a way that saved me the money from installing additional. All in all, a great job"

"Got an estimate from the owner Al. He was personable and got me in on the schedule quickly. The price was reasonable to another estimate I got. He showed up with his crew on time, and the work was done quickly. Here are the things that could have been better. First, when Al laid out the sprinkler system, he just kind of walked around and stuck flags where he thought a sprinkler head should go. There didn't seem to be a lot of thought put into it. Maybe he just has a really good eye. Then, when digging a trench for a line to be buried, he cut my neighbors line. When his workers left, I had to go out and pick up their bottles and cans of drinks where they threw them. And finally, I had to go back out and adjust all of the sprinklers. I had to have someone come back out to adjust one sprinkler which was installed crooked. The system is now working great, so I might be being picky. It just felt like they were in a hurry to get the job done so they could move on to the next one. I might use them again, but I would talk to some of the other installers, too."
