"I worked all the details with Kevin through phone and email.  Kevin delivered on every detail we had agreed to.  Action Carpet made an initial visit to explain what they were going to do.  They then came in on the scheduled date.  Moved all furniture items, removed the old carpet, installed new carpet, installed door transitions, and moved all furniture items back to where they were.  Highly recommended!!! <br />"

When I discussed my concerns, the cost of the tile was decreased which made the total cost more manageable. Shortly thereafter, the installer Ray, (a sub-contractor), stopped by while painters were working, and was able to speak with them and get a picture of specifically what the job would entail. We waited a month for installation, which ultimately turned out to be well worth the wait. Ray worked to complete the job for more than 8 hours. He was professional, personable and diligent in completing the job. I'm very pleased with the finished room and foyer. <br />"

They helped us picking the right carpet from their huge selection, coordinated the install with other contractors (Saturday hours were great pick up and drop off samples) and delivered a great product. "Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen. <br>"
