They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. They provided us with an awesome price for the windows and doors themselves and for the labor of the installation as well. The representative that I spoke to was very professional and he came over to my house on the time and day that was scheduled ahead of time via the office. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. I recommended them to all my friends and family as a great company for any energy efficient products. They are fantastic. And have some Sunday hours, which is absolutely a great help. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

"The shed was built from ground up. It's 8x10, there's a shelf that's goes from
one side to the other side. There is a 36in door with a lock and a dead bolt lock
which makes it very secure.

During our first meet he over heard me tell my husband that it would be nice if
there was a light in there just in case we have to go into the shed at night. 
Well to my surprise he installed a light that runs off of solar, the light came
with 3 settings. I love it and yes I have been in the shed at night.

He made me feel like he really aim to please and he listens to his customers. I

Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
