After the old roof was removed and it was dried in, they came back the next day and were installing shingles in the rain on a wet roof. I had to ask them to stop and come back the next day when it was not raining. The GAF Cobra2 Ridge vents were installed incorrectly, Only one side of the ridge was cutout on all the ridges. I had to ask them to do them over. One of the ridges was overcut + 3 inches on each side where the vent was not even supported properly. That was the main roof. I had to get another manager involved, convince them it was not installed correctly, then took over a month to get them back with a crew and the proper materials to correct the problem. They used top quality materials and the end result turned out great after the ridge vent issue was corrected so I'm giving a B rating."
