"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "Following the receipt of the written estimate and our reading of the estimate, all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. We found him very helpful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional throughout the proposal and installation process. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed. This was was accomplished with the least amount of disruption to our schedule The appointment to install the system was kept promptly and the installation crew conducted themselves professionally and answered any ongoing questions that we had during the installation. They were all, each and everyone of them polite and left the installation area clean and tidy. We will would use Total Maintenance in the future.

"Castillo Construction was quick to respond with an estimate, it took a bit longer to get the contract worked out.  We had wanted to start the project immediately, but our timing was bad so it took a few months to get the project going - especially with the weather delays to getting the foundation going (rain delays).  Once the foundation and initial plumbing passed inspection, the framing rough-ins went very quickly - after that it felt like it slowed down.  I will say that there was someone working on our property nearly every day. At the end, the  quality of the construction was good.  We felt the project and communication could have been a bit smoother - we thought that project delays could have been communicated more proactively.  However, Castillo completed the project and they have been responsive to any punch list items that came up afterward.   Overall, I would recommend them - the completed project is very nice.  There are always areas to improve, so we included a list of what went well and would could be improved.   None of the comments below would prevent me from recommending them to anyone else or from contracting with them again!
