"We hired them in early May 2022, for both siding and windows. We repeatably expressed how we needed quick and good service. (We was selling our home) Was told that entire job would take 3 days. Salesman agreed and we was scheduled for the 3 week of June. On the 2nd week of June have not heard anything on the upcoming installation, I called them. Spoke to the woman who did the scheduling, and I got the feeling that nothing was ordered yet. I once again pressed to the time frame and was assured that the last week of June installation would begin It was not Tried to get ahold of service manager, and was informed she was on vacation, passed off to another person, left a voice mail that was never responded too. Called salesman, and the following week (July week 1) got response. After some heated conversations, 3rd Est promised that the next week they would arrive and do the job. They did arrive. 1 crew for windows. and another for siding. Windows went well. The siding?? not so much. Sent a crew that could not speak English, they worked maybe 4 hours a day and a week and 3 days later they left at noon. Was told by service that they was out of materials to finish the job. Inspecting the work I found many many problems. (I still have the pictures 3 est!) From open external walls, mismatched color scheme, external wires just dropped to the gourd from the Pole and house to the ground. I was irate! After more heated calls I got them back to fix and finish the job. another 2 weeks and many more problems, before it was completed. Its now almost August, Due to the lateness, we had to push back other contractors. Told service manager that we was not paying them. She agreed. Economy started tanking, Interest rose, Offers on house was extremely limited. Still is not sold. Its November. with all the delays and issues we cant afford to pay them until our house is sold, even with them agreeing that we should not have to pay. Right now our home in July with renovations assessed at $310k. Today it list for $100,000 less and its still not sold. Yesterday they sued me, Got a mechanics lean."

"sales practices are deceptive. My sales rep came to the house and evaluated my roof. I had no illusions that my roof was in good shape. It needed to be replaced. Victors touts themselves as roof specialists and will give an “honest” evaluation of your roof. I am sure you have seen the commercials. My rep went into the crawl space, on the roof, and presented photos of the roof. The cost was high, and my wife and I said no to the original offer but when they came down in price by $6,000.00, we agreed to the contract. This is where they got us. The price included three sheets of wood but any wood on top of that would be $85.00 per sheet. I asked our rep if he thought all of the wood on our roof would need replacing, and he said no. He said one side of our roof needed replacing but the other side of the roof was good and did not need replacing. But I knew that they would have to replace the wood on part of my roof. I knew this because other companies told us the same thing. Fast forward to the installation. The foreman showed me one board to be replaced and said others would need replacing as well. I told him that I knew some boards would need replacing. When we got to the end of the installation, they informed me that they had replaced all of the wood. Seventy-Three sheets. I was never under the impression that all the wood would need to be replaced. I requested photographs of my roof to justify all of the wood being replaced. They sent photos and only one photo showed one piece of wood with mold. I informed them that I felt scammed. I was told they reviewed the photos and stood by their decision and apologized that the rep did not set the expectation. I brought to their attention that they evaluated that all of my wood needed replacing from photographs but their roof specialist who was in my crawl space, on top of my roof, and told me all the wood did not need replacing could not tell me that all the wood needed replacing. I am now responsible for you guessed it $6,000.00 in wood replacement. Convenient? Suspicious? Yeah. They are shady. I am sure it is also a pure coincidence that after I put down my deposit the balance is almost the exact amount we qualified for in financing plus $700.00. So, beware of Victors. Good product but you will pay for it, and they will deceive you out of every penny you qualify for."
