"This was a complete, down to the studs remodel of the master bath. There were some unexpected challenges in the process that necessitated involvement of another company hired by the condo Association, to deal with rotted studs, due to a drainage problem. The planning process is very detailed, and we had some confusion due to some policy changes that had our planning out of sync, but it was overcome. If you love detail down to the day and hour it is provided. Anthony and all his staff and contractors were polite, respectful, and very very efficient at cleaning up each day. Some of original idea on the bathroom had to be altered to closer fit the budget. There was a couple small issues with our cabinets that was immediately dealt with when we called to relate the concern. In the end we have a beautiful bathroom that more than fits our needs. Due to the situation, the project did extend longer than expected, and was a bit more costly. After working with 3 separate companies in a 7 month period, I have an expanded perspective on different ways to approach a remodel. Anthony is a perfect fit for those who need detailed planning, expect unbelievable cleanliness, and wonderful respectful people. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. "Rich installed a new front door, lock and hardware for me around a year ago and I've since had problems w/the lock.  Finally, it wouldn't turn at all so I called Rich.  He responded quickly, took the entire lock apart and fixed it.  He didn't charge me a cent.  Rich is the best.  <br /> Last year when we had a really bad storm w/high winds and rain, my garage ceiling was leaking badly .  Again, I called him and he came right out and fixed it.  I didn't know until later that his home was hit worse than mine.  He was ankle deep in water in his basement, his tools were ruined as were his water heater and washer/dryer and he had no electricity but still he serviced my home before tackling his own.  Now that's dedication.  Just recently, he had an accident and got a concussion so he missed a little bit of work but as soon as he was feeling better, he got right back to work, did some odd jobs for me and serviced his other customers' needs as well.  I can't say enough good things about this guy. <br />"

Anytime we would like to take a look at the house we give him a call and he lets us know if we can meet him that day. He is a very pleasant gentleman, and even when we looked at the model home the salesmen were very very pleasant. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and Mike Akins. We are so very pleased with them."
