They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! "Very happy with our roof. Had four different quotes from four different roofing companies. Decided to go with Prime Management. Their quote was competitive and fair. Matt and his team were great. Matt shared information about our roof, gave us options of the type of shingles and what work would be done on our roof. He really listened to our input. Never felt pressured at all. His team was very professional and hard working. The weather was so hot during the week they were working on our roof but they were so focused on doing their work well done. They replaced any existing damaged wood, lined our roof, and installed the type of shingles of our choice. We did not go for the 3 D type shingles but wanted the flat shingles. Received a lot of compliments from the neighbors telling us how great our roof looks. I would recommend Prime Management and would use them again in the future."
