Their inspection was conducted from the access point to the attic Casey went into the attic, despite it being a tight space and inspected the attic pointing out areas of concern. He took pictures and took the time to discuss my specific situation with me and what needed to be done to address the issues. He provided a quote which included his recommendations. The quote was very reasonable and lower than several of the other installers who didn't inspect the attic and therefore did not understand the unique situation in my attic. He performed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after he was through, He was very polite in all communications; he is very professional evidently experienced in his field. There was not a question or concern that I raised the he did not respond to.
