Ben is very responsive and responsible. He even talked with his boss to use left over lumber in order to save money for me. The quote he gave me is very fair considering Golden State is an legitimate company with license and insurance. I feel bad that we ended up not using Golden State. My husband wants a worse but cheaper repair."
