"Cal Preserving did a great job on our very difficult to install Ipe (Brazilian Walnut) deck. I would definitely use them again."

"Arrived when he said he would, performed a complete sand and seal on my deck, which is a large deck...was very neat and meticulous which Is a huge plus for me as I am somewhat of a neat freak!! I like things done right... Some say iam a little to picky!! All said I would highly recommend them to anyone!ð"

"Excellent work at the job. Turned out beautiful. And a very timely manner."

"Platinum Painting was everything you want in a contractor. Excellent work, very competitive pricing, on time, and went over the top to make sure everything (deck repair, painting) was done perfectly. We will definitely be using them again."

"Great experience using PurePower wash! Arrived at scheduled time, great personality and did an amazing job cleaning! Would use again!"

"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"SurfaceRenu did a very good job on our windows.  There was no damage to the outdoor landscape or indoor furniture which surrounded the windows.  The company was patient in scheduling our appointment as we wanted to wait for our neighbor to complete the outdoor renovation of their pool which caused quite a bit of dust.  The windows are clean with no streaks and the sills were cleaned as well.  The company used very little water which was a concern we had due to the California drought.

"The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."

"DJ's recommended a color scheme and painted the exterior of our house. They weren't the lowest or highest quote, but they did an excellent job, went out of their way to please, great/friendly/nice crew and I would highly recommend them. They also spent a lot of time on the prep work on a 30 year old stucco house."

"They courteous and efficient. My Deck looks great!"
