"Reason for 1 star: Because it did not allow me to put 0 star. I placed order for a pergola with full payment in May-2023. It has been almost 3 months (Aug-2023) and they are yet to deliver engineering drawing and schedule installation. NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY HAS COURTESY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. No has proactively followed up with me about the timelines. I have asked multiple times over emails and messaging, and they keep saying next week, but nothing moves. I have had emails with almost 6-8 people from sales, customer services, etc.. on the thread, but no one cares to respond. Delays are acceptable with appropriate reasoning, but poor customer service and ignoring customers is not acceptable."

"They have been excellent in the past but these days you have to chase them down more. It is not the same company any more as they are under a new owner."

Your bricklayer will be able to make recommendations based on your project’s specifics.

Yes, brick walls can have a positive impact on your home’s value by enhancing its visual appeal and security. Brick walls are an attractive feature for many homebuyers. They offer an elegant upgrade to your property's exterior and increase privacy for your yard, which can boost your home's marketability and resale value.

Yes, brick walls are generally more expensive than concrete walls due to higher material and labor costs. Installing a brick wall costs between $10 and $45 per square foot, with labor charges of $70 to $110 per hour. In contrast, concrete block walls cost $10 to $20 per square foot. The increased craftsmanship and time required for brickwork contribute to the higher price.
