"DM Contractors have great customer service and great work ethics! We had a small deck built and when we arrived they had already finished and I was so excited to see the deck. I pointed out a few areas, they took care of it. Reassured us that we could call him anytime if any issues came up about the deck. Really nice group and we will be using his service again."

"Customer service was great. The price was right. Guys that did repairs was great. Completely satisfied. Would recommend to others."

"From beginning to end Bryan was the the ultimate professional. He was very prompt and engaging with providing me with a quote and various options for my repair. However, after arriving he noticed other areas that needed to be fixed, he inquired and I gave the approval. He was very efficient -- he finished the jobs in just a couple of hours. I was so glad I found a reputable handy"

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"Luke is extremely professional and the service that he provided was timely and well done. He communicates well and we always knew when our work was going to start and finish. Afterwards he communicated with us concerning the job and whether or not we had any concerns or were pleased with the job. If we had had some issues he would have immediately come to fix them but we were very satisfied with the job. I would recommend Luke’s service to anybody."

"Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The owners estimate was very accurate, he also advised the need for other repairs. I enjoyed working with this company."

"I gave Tomas a list of 12 items that included building a replacement gate for a privacy fence, replacing a section of a chain link fence, replacing a kitchen light fixture, repairing the grout and caulking a bathroom and eliminating the buckling on a laminate floor. Everything was completed within two days and I was very satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend him."
