"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"They are great. They are personable and listen very well. They do what you ask of them and do it quickly. They were able to come out very late one night to fix a problem when one of my renter's turned off the heat in an area that it should always stay on causing the pipes to freeze. This was over Christmas vacation and they were still able to come out around 11:00pm that night and get the job done. This is just the kind of people they are."
