"It looked great, and the construction quality seemed excellent. About 8 years later, our dog was tied up to a post supporting the roof over the steps and jumped at a passerby. He completely pulled the post out of the ground. The two front posts had been placed on concrete footer that were below grade, and the post had rotted. Brian has been too busy to be able to accept the job to replace the two posts that are rotted out, or to even stop by to see the problem."
