"Dan's team was absolutely amazing, and the new roof looks beautiful on our 1800s farm house! At the first visit Dan was able to answer all of our questions in detail and provided examples of the exact product we were getting. He accommodated a few specific requests that went beyond just the metal roof we requested. The price he ended up charging for the complete job was exactly as quoted and significantly less than other quotes we had received. The wait time for them to get started was very reasonable -- only a couple months. Dan was very responsive to my calls and emails throughout the entire process. "We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. Since then, and over the past several years, we've contracted with Mike and Suburban Construction for many projects and have always been completely satisfied and happy with the results - from completely re-siding our house with new vinyl siding, renewing our front porch with composite flooring, adding stonework trim along the bottom of front, side and back of the house, re-siding and re-shingling roofs of two sheds, installing replacement windows in kitchen and living room...probably others I'm not recalling.
