"Had A&L Roofing come out and do our roof recently, they did a great job. Thank you!"

"BEST is phenomenal in every way. The online reviews of BEST as an honorable, exceptional, and affordable roofing company convinced us, and our experience exceeded that. All admin employees were amazing, professional, extremely patient, communicative, thorough, and exemplified superior customer service. They went the extra mile to give us the best price anywhere and extend discounts and extras that made a big difference to us as seniors. The crew worked together efficiently, quickly, again with patience and respect. True experienced professionals. Cleanup was perfect. Lest you think that we are relatives or employees due to my exaltation of this company: We had gathered several bids from other Lane County roofers and were appalled by used car salesman high- pressure tactics, bids of $47,000 trimmed down to $26,000 with fake phone calls to suppliers and phony discounts; off-the-cuff bids without inspection; sign today or forget-it pressure; $9000 to do repair that BEST needed under $100 to fixâ ¦ I could go on."

"The roof is beautiful. They fixed what the previous contractor failed to do correctly and were professional and timely."

"Jason was responsive, punctual, and honest. When his crews arrived, they got right to work and worked hard until the job was done. The roof looks great and I am confident that my leaks are gone. The guys made sure to close the gates as they worked so my dogs would not escape and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Great experience--- I believe that Jason and his crew recognize that customers pay their bills and that personal referrals are like gold. I feel like they went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience; however I suspect that my experience is the Orezona standard. Give Jason a call, you won't regret it."

"Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. Thank you James Roofing and crew for your excellent service. The Fergusons"

"They arrived on time, ready to work, and took time enough to understand the problem before breaking out the tools. They worked efficiently, asking questions about the source of the problem, and were friendly. They also picked up all the mess before they left- I told them I would recommend them to my neighbors if they have a roofing or construction job!"

"Cody and Dave are the best. Upstanding, honest guys who just show up and work hard every day. There’s a reason they GC all of my projects."

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Very easy to work with. Responsive and that is huge. Most contractors donâ t call you back."

"His work so far has been wonderful, his employees are great they are very kind and has done an excellent job. I would definitely hire these guys again the work is not quite done yet it because of the delay of the carpet, but so far they've been great"
