"When A&L Roofing installed a new roof on our home in Newport, they do so with the upmost professional approach. I could not have asked for a more perfect job well done. When we asked about the vents for the bath rooms and kitchen, A&L Roofing responded without hesitation to resolve the issue. We cannot thank A&L Roofing enough for the 5 star customer service A&L Roofing provided. We will not hesitate to highly recommend A&L Roofing to our friends and acquaintances for future roofing needs."

"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. I was given a free evaluation of my roof, shown samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

"Replaced deteriorated exterior siding where needed, installed several new double pane windows, replaced old carpeting with new hardwood floors, coordinated subcontractors for electrical repairs and interior house painting. All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Very impressed with Cody's quality management. He inspected all work by his team as well as the subcontractors to verify that the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. I can highly recommend Valley Brothers Construction and will call them again if we need further contractor work done on our house."

"We did our due diligence and received several quotes from local roofers. Orezona was a referral from a friend who is a realtor and she was right. Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week. Orezona showed up on time, cleaned up each day, had courteous workers, and stayed within their estimate! I couldn't be more pleased with this company."

"Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day.

"These workers are the most professional, courteous, and hardest working crew I have ever seen! They arrived on time and went straight to work on replacing my 2300 sq foot roof despite freezing temperatures. They worked very hard and steady every single day until the work was completed. After four days of hard work, they cleaned up my property, shook my hand and thanked me for choosing their company to replace my roof. I highly recommend Custom Valley Roofing LLC for any job regarding roofs. More important, their price to strip off the old roofing shingles, replace wood panel, and install high-quality asphalt shingles was very fair."

"Gentry Family was amazing to work with. As a Realtor I work with a lot of contractors and Gentry Family is at the top of my list for any roofing or general construction needs in the greater Salem area. We needed a roof replacement in Silverton as part of a real estate transaction and we were working with a pretty strict timeline. We had several bids for the project and not only was Gentry competitive in price they were able to shift their schedule (even added an unplanned weekend day) to get our job completed on time. We worked with Tim who was a great communicator throughout the entire process. He kept us updated at every step, was clear about the status and condition of the roof, and gave us all of the information we needed to feel confident in the project. I highly recommend their services."

"Good value, excellent service, straight forward with answers. From start to finish, this company showed great knowledge, and professionalism in all matters pertaining to roof installation, and repair. All concerns and matters were handled on a very personal note, with respect to the high quality of work performed by several crews, performing several different tasks, and the worksite was cleaned everyday. Valley Roofing and Exteriors went to great lengths to go above and beyond, and took great care to see that problem spots were addressed accordingly, so there would be no future problems. The crews showed up on time, were very respectable to us and our neighbors, and finished a four day job in a very timely manner. We highly recommend their services."
