"We did a sewer video scoping. He ended up having to remove a toilet, cut a bolt and replace it to have a good access point. He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. We will be hiring him again for more work that will need to be done. Will definitely recommend him!"

"Although everything was ready to go and my requests clear, they spent a lot of initial time looking into additional work in the other bathrooms, etc. which wasn't requested. After an hour, I had to be direct with them to simply focus on my original scope. Too much talking and I should have been more direct at the onset as my available time is limited. The pricing was fair in the end, but started off too high. As we work worked through the details, the pricing came down 20%. In the end, the work was excellent."
