Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. "I called to make an appointment for septic tank cleaning on Wednesday and the worker was out here today on Saturday at 9 am. He called at 7:30 am to let me know he was packing up to get here and asked some questions to determine what tools he would need to bring. He was very professional and worked hard the whole time digging to the ports, pumping and recovering the ports. He also was extremely knowledgeable on the way a septic tank and field lines work. <br /> We will be having new field lines installed soon and plan to use them for this service as well. <br />"
