"Exceptional work! We had Mike design our basement layout, and had a fantastic experience. Not only did we like the results, the contractors we sent the plans to said his design was some of the best they had seen (dimensions, completeness, etc). We opted to have Mike provide 3 initial designs, and paid extra for 3d renderings which were well worth the money to visualize the completed space. Our designs included a closet, exercise area, dining area, bedroom, office, bathroom, family room (with kitchenette), and a TV wall. I have zero regrets, and Mike was easy to work with, turned the designs around per our timeline, and provided all of the drawings needed to bid out the work. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"I've worked closely with Paul over the past year to help me with the design of an extensive home remodel, which included all 3 bathrooms, repainting of the whole interior, all new light fixtures/electrical design, new flooring, replacing our stairwell/banister, etc. Paul designed our primary bathroom, providing us with a few creative options on how to redesign the space. He also was critical in giving us advice on light fixtures, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, flooring options/colors---basically, he was heavily involved in every aspect of our remodel project. The thing I love about Paul is that he took the time to really understand my design preferences and then he provided design guidance to align with those preferences. With this remodel, he was able to bring our house forward from the original 1980s build/design to a much more streamlined, mid-century modern look and feel. I absolutely love how our home looks now. And we're currently working with Paul to redesign our kitchen, which I know will also turn out amazing. The last thing I'll say about Paul is that he's a pleasure to work with. He's responsive to my requests, he appropriately pushes back on my ideas when they don't align with my overall design scheme, and he's incredibly knowledgeable, pragmatic, and professional. I cannot recommend him highly enough."

She gave me ideas on proper furniture placement in my awkward living room space, color recommendations, tips for furnishing and window treatment ideas for my 3 season porch, all of which I am in the process of implementing. She offered her vast resource knowledge to help implement these improvements and said I could call her at anytime. I appreciate the fact that she does not contact me for followup; rather she gives me some space. "My grades say it all. It was a great experience from start to finish. When I called Debbie first time I gave her a few hours notice to get to the property. Her calendar was full but somehow she managed move things around to accommodate my needs. We had 2 appointments. First was initial consultation, then she came over once again and worked for about an hour with our samples (carpet, hw floor, back splash, etc) selecting the right colors. After that we walked through entire house and applied the color ID on every wall and corner so I could later explain to painters what to do. This is by far more complex project then 1 would think. I spent hours on SW color visualizer, went to the store to find out that samples I have chosen look very different on monitor. Debbie made this experience very positive. Money well spent, she is truly worth it. She also offers other services, and recommended some other credible contractors to us."

"We purchased this home in a wonderful old neighborhood but due to many years of neglect it was in desperate need of extensive remodeling. After our work was complete it was time to stage the home and put it on the market. I had reviewed and interviewed several home staging companies and concluded that Shar Sitter, owner of Rooms With Style was the right person for the job. Although the price was slightly more than others, I felt her sense of style, attention to detail and professionalism was worth it. She also pulled everything together and actually staged the home in an amazingly timely fashion. Shar staged the living room, dining room, maim floor bathroom, master suite, sitting room and master bath. Our realtors, friends, family and other realtors that have seen the house were blown away with Shar's work. Since seeing how Shar staged our house, our realtors contracted her to stage another one of their listings.
