Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Buschur's is everything we wanted and more. They installed a geothermal system for us about 4 years ago, and we LOVE it. It was hard to believe their claims about its efficiency, how low our electric bill would be, but they were SPOT ON. Our electric bill hardly increased, and we used to heat with wood (that we cut and split ourselves - we're glad to be done with that ;-) )! They were very thorough and professional - HIGHLY recommend."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Run AWAY THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Their employee, Luke Molloy, is a Proven Credit Card FRAUD. They came to look at a fridge briefly and i paid the young man, with my card, through his phone. Over the next few days over $1,000 unauthorized transactions appeared on my card. Is this a joke? I wish it was. I received a handful of emails for ordered items with his name and address attached. Not that hard to trace back the events, and confirming with the financial institutions, that he indeed did steal and use my credit card. Horrible person and company."
