"I have finally found an appliance repair company that is not only great with diagnostics but extremely fair to customers. Gary was able to assess our issue realizing quickly that the actual expertise we needed for fixing our frig was not in his direct wheelhouse. What did he do? He provided another contact for us that was more geared to our needs! Who does that in 2023? This is a Vey honest, vet-owned businessman. He did not even charge us for the diagnosis-again, 2023? We appreciated his help so much I sent out his number to our neighborhood! The contact he provided did indeed identify the solution. I will be calling Gary’s company in the future if only for annual service particularly important for our dryer. I found him and his company to be a total breath of fresh air for reliability, skill and total honesty! A BIG thanks to this veteran-owned company! Somehow you can just tell by their integrity!"

"I had used Joseph's service previously to repair my dishwasher and was very impressed with the quality of his service. This time it was my rather old dryer which was blowing but not heating to dry clothes. Called Joseph Sat morning and he was able to come that afternoon. He explained his prices and we discussed the cost effectiveness of repairing such an old dryer versus replacement. I decided to at least pay for a diagnosis to make a decision. Joseph was able to trace the problem to a bad thermal limit switch, a $40 part, and not the heating element itself. While the dryer was apart he tested the rest of the thermal switches, checked for correct wall voltage, cleaned the dryer blower outtake to see if there was any obstruction that might have caused the thermal switch to overheat. He also shortened and reattached my vent ducting to prevent any kinks which could contribute to overheating. He welcomed me to observe and explained each step of the process. He final tested the repair with a thermometer to verify that the dryer was heat cycling correctly. Throughout the visit he was courteous, professional, and demonstrated a high level of experience in his trades. He obviously takes pride in his work <br /> I feel like I won the lottery when I found Joeseph's Appliance Repair. I have never met a more honest, humble and knowledgable <br /> service person. Too bad he can't be cloned to all the other home and auto repair services out there. I highly reccommend Joseph's over any of the Name Brand Service operators available. I won't call anyone else for my appliance repairs <br />"
