"Excellent! I can't say enough good things about this project. We live in a 1920 Dutch Colonial, our walkway was falling apart. Miguel gave us samples to look at that would match our front Brick porch. The brickyard he sent us to allowed us to bring samples home to compare. He ordered what we wanted and within 4 days began the project. He came early in the morning and stayed well into the evening and completed the job in 2 days from demolition and removal of the old walk to the installation of the new one. He seeded the lawn that edged it. We selected him because he a patio and driveway and walkway for our nextdoor neighbors. We've lived here since 1974 and people trust the contractors we use. We highly recommend him and we always like to hire local owner operated businesses. For an additional fee he planted 2 trees in the front of the house. We are very satisfied."

He handled the full demo and rebuild, including tiling the shower with a matching pattern, installing a new jetted tub and vanity, and building a half wall to create more space. He also painted and put in a new tile floor. The work was solid, and the finished bathroom looks clean and well put together. Everything was done professionally and within a reasonable timeframe."

"The window replacement was easy and went as expected. I had the proper size window replacement and they put it in. Installing the ceiling fan was another story. They ran the wire from the wall switch (which was a problem before they came) to the new ceiling housing they installed. They replaced the wall switch but the fan still wouldn't work. I returned it to the store and got a replacement fan. It still didn't work. I called my electrician the next day and he said the neutral wasn't connected. He replaced a socket behind the bed, hooked up the neutral wire and now the fan works."
