The owner, explained to me why the process of how to get rid of these ants and told me he would be back. Not once did any other company ever do this. Then they cleaned my ducts and showed me exactly how much stuff had been in there. Again, I just felt like these guys were taking extra time to make sure I understood what they were doing and also how good of job they were doing. Last, they cleaned my carpet. Holy Cow! I have used some of the biggest and supposedly the best, this is the cleanest I have seen my carpet in years. "Went well.  Dmitri took my sketch and scope of work, drew up a nice sketch with plant placement and type, and worked with fake grass contractor to get the appropriate type of fake grass (really hot in summer, wanted something cooler than typical types of fake grass).  We looked at the proposed plants and they fit our needs.  Came a week late due to other jobs, but no real inconvenience.  Took only 2-3 days, everything worked including drip watering system.  Overall very satisfied with the job done. <br />"

"Even before we knew how valuable a liveable backyard would be during this stay-at-home pandemic summer, we'd decided to do a re-landscape. A major job, replacing and enlarging a poured concrete patio with paver blocks, fixing a tired lawn plagued with surface tree roots and decaying RR tie edging, completely revamping the irrigation system, and adding a water feature. "Eric (technician) diligently attempted to troubleshoot the problem. As part of the troubleshooting, he replaced parts in one of the sprinkler valves; however, the problem persisted. He also checked the back flow valves and ice was found in one of the valves. Consequently, the present thought is that there is ice in the water lines preventing sufficient water pressure. Since cold temperatures will continue through winter preventing ice thaw, it was recommended to wait until extended warmer temperatures return in late February/March to see if the water pressure problem resolves before performing any additional troubleshooting or potential unnecessary parts replacement. Appreciated the expertise and upfront nature of technician."

"Their products are supposedly earth friendly and that’s my reason for using their service. They come several times a year but there’s still weeds popping up everywhere. They do come back if I call, but that’s not the point. I don’t feel that I should have to be calling every time I see weeds growing in treated areas."

"CORNELL SERVICES ALWAYS DID A GREAT JOB, AND MY LAWN REALLY RESPONDED TO WHAT THEY DID, UNTIL THE CITY IMPOSED WATER RESTRICTIONS THAT ARE STILL IN PLACE. HOW CAN YOU EXPECT GRASS TO GROW WITH NO WATER?"

"While the routine ants, roaches, spiders are fairly controlled, Preventive has never delivered on the assurance they gave us when we initially contracted to rid the exterior of these tiny jumping bugs. They have been out numerous times doing routine spraying and charge an extra $10 or so to add more spray to the backyard, still no positive result, in fact the bugs are on the front patio now. The follow-up between services is very poor, you have to call to remind them they said they would followup after 6 weeks. And when you discuss a service needed with a technician during an appointment, even if you have the Tech document on the paperwork and you keep a copy, the next quarter when they come out the request for additional service was not passed on. I have had to show the previous document to assure the Tech we made the request, only to be told he would have to reschedule, and of course, they didn't."
