"I was told that they would dig 12-18 deep, for the pipping, they dug 8?. I was told the job would be completed within 3 days, it took 5 days. I was told that there would be 100% coverage, but there were many dry spots. I ended up having another contractor come in to do a proper installation. It?s a shame because Eric is such a nice guy. Oh well, live and learn. "
