"Richard came out on time, looked at fireplace and did troubleshooting.  He discovered the logs were not ever installed properly and the pilot light was not hitting in the right spot. He cleaned the pilot light so it would produce sufficient power to turn on the gas.  He then proceeded to rearrange the fake logs so as to protect the pilot light and keep it working more efficiently.  He cleaned the pilot light and got it working rather than trying to sell us a new $350 unit that we did not need.  He was very knowledgable about gas fireplaces and took his time to fix all the problems, even to the point of redecorating with extra lava rock and embers which made it look so much better.  He was a real joy to work with.  They were able to schedule us in quicker than other companies.  We will definitely use Bugs and Ashes again. <br />"
