Jimmy was punctual, very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled the work with Jimmy a few days later. Jimmy and his crew came out the day he told us and completed the job in a timely manner. He and his crew are very friendly and professional. "Joe recommended and performed a major pruning and shaping of the tree. Initially I was shocked by how much was cut back. Now that I have had time to adjust, I agree with how much was cut back and think it's in great shape for next year. To have cut back any less would have been a waste of time. The work was performed while I was at work. Yard was cleaned up and all trimming carried away. Joe called the next day to confirm the work was to my satisfaction. Two neighbors saw his work on my tree and hired him to trim their trees too. I will be calling again next year to work on the trees in the backyard."
