"We hired DRS to renew our 25 year old 3-tier deck. Greg and Jen worked with us, very patiently, as we decided what kind of decking and railing we wanted. We chose composite with aluminum rails. They also fixed a leak into our house, by replacing some baseboard. We’ve been trying to repair the leak for years and never would have been able to do what they did. It was a tremendous relief to finally have a fix. Also, they assembled a steel roof, aluminum gazebo kit we purchased. We have never worked with a company that was so professional, does fantastic work and completely cares that their customer is satisfied. We truly enjoy our deck now and highly recommend this company. If we need work on anything else in their area of expertise we would not hesitate to hire again."

"Tyler is outstanding! My husband and I have dealt with numerous contractors, by far he is the hardest worker and most polite-superb. He completely reframed a French door, fixed kitchen cabinets that were off, hung lights, repaired a hanging gutter and fixed our bathroom shower knobs that were leaking. We will definitely use him again- looking at a master bath redo. I am very picky and "high maintenance" and I would highly recommend Tyler!!! In addition reasonably priced."

"Mike and Jim did an outstanding job leveling, reinforcing and and structurally improving my mother's deck. They made certain that my 90 year old mother could safely navigate outdoors on the deck which is her very favorite place to be! I am beyond satisfied with this finished Deck repair project by Mike and Jim of Tri-state Home Repair & Maintenance. They have exceeded all our expectations!"

"I am so happy I chose Wilson Construction. I needed a repair of our side porch steps. He came out immediately to give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we ended up getting the entire side porch replaced ( it was much needed). It was replaced in one day less than a week after we called. Job well done. I highly recommend, you won’t regret it."

"Joe was quick, efficient, and did the work mostly by himself. My father and I helped out some. About a week after hiring him we had a brand new front porch deck and roof. I would definitely reccommend him and call again in the future."

"Replaced rotted deck boards and stained deck"

"I highly recommend Floyd & Sons for your home projects, having hired them to prep and paint the interior of my garage, several doors, porch ceiling and pressure washing/stain a pergola. Travis showed up on time as promised and was well prepared for the initial meeting, traveling from Independence to California, KY. He gave a fair and reasonable estimate and was very personable and knowledgeable of the work to be done. He and his helper did a great job on the wall prep, pressure washing, wood repair, painting and staining. They went above and beyond, kept me well-informed on the progress and were very easy to work with. I would hire this Company again."

"W.D. Services is an excellent choice for deck restoration and rejuvenation work. While I ultimately selected a different professional for my project, it had nothing to do with their quality or capabilities. I simply received a more comprehensive offer that better matched the specific scope of work I needed. They responded to my request very quickly, came to my home promptly, and provided a detailed, well-organized written estimate that was competitively priced. Their professionalism stood out from the start.I highly recommend W.D. Services to anyone looking to bring their deck back to life and make it look brand new again."

"Gary and his team did a fantastic job on our deck. The craftsmanship is second to none. I think our entire street is talking about how great the deck looks. Very fair price as well!! Definitely recommend Gary and his team! If we have another job his team can do we will be calling him back!"
