"Justin was amazing. I purchased this system through a competitor with a brand name (Invisible Fence). I am now sorry I did not purchase through Justin. I called in the morning because the system was down due to an aeration damage problem and I.F. said they could not get to me for a week. Justin fit me in that afternoon and found the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend buying your new system or having repairs done by Dog Guard of Greater Cincinnati."

"The person who answered the phone was friendly. I told that one of my gates on a fence that The Fence Co. had installed some years ago was sagging and I needed a service call. He insisted that I take a photo of the gate with my phone and email it to him before he scheduled the call so that, "they would know what to bring with them to be able to fix it." When I explained that I had never taken or emailed a phone photo, he explained how I might do that. I did figure out how to take and send the photo, and he promptly called me back. He explained that their minimum charge for a service call was $275.00 but that he could explain to me how to fix it myself and save the money---which he then tried to do. I find it disappointing that The Fence Co. does not have a reasonable scale of charges to provide repair services for customers who buy their product. It is their right not to, but I would not use them again to install a fence for me because of it, nor would i recommend them to someone on that bases. I have left their "The Fence Co. w/phone#" sign on my gate all these years, but it is coming off this weekend."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend! <br />"

It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."

"Everything went smoothly from estimation to installation. They were punctual, efficient and very helpful. I had an old chain link fence replaced with a new aluminum fence and gate. After that was finished, I had R and M construct an enclosure for my trash cans on the side of my house. The materials for the enclosure had to be ordered but they came in ahead of schedule so the project was able to completed early…Yay! Would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future."
