"I hired Integrity 1st Roofing in September 2017 to replace my roof. I had a great experience working with the Shaun, the Production Manager. Everything was in writing and done to my satisfaction. "Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"The workers were friendly and professional, and showed up when they said they would. They performed the required services, and when I asked if the staining might be a little uneven, they redid the entire deck. They also pressure-washed the algae-stained brick at my request, which was apparently not included in the original price, but needed to be done. They told me that the doors on the shed were rotting at the bottom, and for a very reasonable price, repaired the doors before restaining them. The doors would not rehang properly, so at my request, they moved the hardware around a bit so the doors worked. They also cleaned up after the job, and left the worksite in good condition. They did request partial payment after each phase of the job, and were faithful in completing the job so that we were happy with it. Because they were so busy, we did have to wait a number of weeks for them to apply a second coat of stain, and it turned out very well. The thing I liked best about this company is that they made sure I was happy with the work, and if not, they did whatever necessary to satisfy us. They were also reliable in doing what they said they would. I will try to post a picture of the deck if it ever stops raining."
