"Prompt, professional service with great repairs"

"Incredible Job from Zoe Property Services LLC"

"Did a great job!! Everything i explained i wanted done was executed perfectly. Already planning on using again for more projects. Definitely recommend."

"I called Steve to replace the very old a/c unit in my living room.  He responded promptly and was able to come out within a few days for an estimate.  The old unit was much larger than the new models, so the hole in the wall was bigger than the new unit I purchased.  Steve put new trim work around the unit on the interior, then built a custom grating on the exterior to cover the gaps.  He also installed a custom sloped piece on top to deflect water from the unit.  The whole thing looks great, inside and out.  Steve does quality work, and I would hire him again.

"Great service and excellent craftsmanship. Roofing team was fast and hard working"

"The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The owner, Isaias Caceres, provided expert advice on how to complete our project. His workers were highly skilled and courteous, cleaning the worksite at the end of each day. Our finished basement has never looked better than it does now, as a result of this work. This is a company that I'll hire again in a heartbeat."
