"Good communication and fast and efficient repair"

"Modern Exterior did an amazing job repairing my roof soffit and fascia! Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of work was great. Easy to communicate with and finished the project on time."

"Monte did a fantastic job replacing a service door on the side of our garage. He also replaced the trim around our main garage door. There were two other minor exterior repairs that we asked him about and he was able to take care of those as well. He was responsive and professional. He was reasonably priced and gave us an accurate estimate. The work done was high-quality with an attention to detail that left us satisfied customers when the project was complete. Will definitely give him a call for future projects."

"Tom and Jessica were great!!! They arrived the next day from assessing our home and work needed: front door trims, garage trims, paint repairs, power washing, and gutter fixing. Tom and Jessica are an excellent team and got everything done in one day. They have great work ethic, are thorough, cost efficient, very professional and kind. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I have raved about them to neighbors, showing pictures of the work they did. We have other home projects and plan to hire them again."

"Good Service. Everything repaired same day. All done close to Christmas. I couldn’t ask for the repairs to done any better."

"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. Our local painter with 5 stars refused to do it-so wonâ  t ever call that guy again. You will not be disappointed hiring him."

"JWC did high quality work. There were rotted soffits and old facia boards. These guys are talented pros. They identified problem wood and took care of it. It wasn't a simple job. They got here fast and worked hard every day until it was done. They also fixed an old porch (replaced bad wood and redid my screens). Inside the house they worked on some drywall that needed to be repaired. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. Very enthusiastic, very talented work. I really appreciated having them here. It was a very positive experience."

"It went very well. They were efficient and came prepared to complete the work we needed done. We love our new fan...its so quiet and does a great job removing the moisture out of the air. The toilet they fixed was an after thought but they ran and got the needed parts and fixed it right away. Im thankful your site lead us to H&S! I will be calling them again when we need help with a repair."

"Needed LVP flooring with trim work done. Did a great job on both."
