"The job was supposed to be taken care of in one day. It ended up taking 4 days after we requested that the job be done correctly. Work crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:00. We asked the crew to repair the few items that we discussed with the owner and they did not know about it. They “finished” the job and that evening we were able to see out the our upstairs bedroom window that sections of the leaf guard were not there and a section was not attached. We called and the crew was to show up first thing in the morning. When they showed up at 3:30 my husband requested photos of all the gutters from the roof to make sure it was all done completely. There was a full section of the back of our house where there was no leaf guard attached at all. They also did not have enough wood for the trim and not enough leaf guard to repair that day. It was finally done and done well 4 days later, but it took a lot of follow up and double checking. The foreman was very apologetic, but I was upset that it took us finding an small error and we would have not even known about the large section of leaf guard that was not installed."

Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "Great. Jesse had previously installed part of this very long fence last year. I called him on a Tuesday. He returned my call the next morning, met me after work that same day, quoted a very fair price and had two of his guys come the next day to begin the project. They finished the next day due to being low on some of the fencing materials. In low spots they built up the ground so that my cats cannot get out. And, It looks great."

"Once I finally got them to respond and schedule a date for the work everything went very well. The work they did was performed in a satisfactory manner. I would be willing to give them another try to see if the scheduling problems were a temporary problem or an ongoing issue."

"JD painting came to the house and provided a quick turnaround for a quote. The quote seemed very high however due to my limited timeframe to complete work I accepted the quote. They stated due to my timeline they'd be at the house from 7-7 everyday to get it done. Most days their hours were from 8:30-5:30 and of course they finished the job 2 days later than quoted. Their painting quality of work was great and if only grading on that it would receive an A, however cost, timeliness of completion and cleanliness of "finished" job site was awful. Finally, when wanting to discuss a couple of concerns about the finished product the owner was no where to be found and wouldn't return calls. If you do go with JD Painting do not pay in full until satisfied. Once I gave final check the site was left as is. Cups everywhere, hardware left off or poorly installed, etc. I would not recommend to a friend."
