"I used Superior Landscaping for a front yard project in Oct 2018. The work included tree/stump/root removal, removing all existing front shrubs/bushes and replacing them with new bushes and ornamental trees, sodding the front and side yards, and re-landscaping all mulch beds. They also removed and replaced my walkway and front steps. They were professional and easy to work with, completed the job on schedule, and the end result was exactly what I had requested. Our front steps were unevenly spaced with an almost 10" drop to the first step.  Mr. Langhorne explained how they would bring the steps into code and keep them from separating from the porch again.  His sons arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised.  Something that was not planned for, but turned out to be unavoidable was the fact that the railing needed to be removed, as the angle was now wrong.  Not to worry a call was made to a guy who could assist with the iron work to replace the hand rail.

Caution tape was posted around the steps so no one would walk in wet concrete.  They not only cleaned up our yard but also replaced the grass divots removed before the steps were poured.  We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Langhorne Concrete services in the future.

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

We had suffered occasional blockages of the kitchen double-sink drain from use of the disposal, and Adam discovered that the double trap was causing waste matter to settle in the line, eventually plugging it. After we discussed solutions, I had him replumb it with a single trap and a built-in drain line cleanout. He did a thoroughly professional job. I'm grateful that Pipe Doctor was so prompt in sending him out; he was there within two hours of my call. It cost a bit more than I expected, but I was willing to do it right rather than have to do it again, and the price was fair for the work involved."
