"Awesome experience. We had the run around from other companies, but Jose was very honest and clear on what we could do. He instantly understood what we wanted and put together a great plan for install of closet doors and interior doors. He found the perfect doors for us, ordered them, and kept us updated on the status of the order (things take longer during covid!). He and Mario worked quickly to install all the of doors, and cleaned as they worked. We were so impressed by how quickly the project was done and the quality of their work. Baltic Construction, was founded in South Orange County, California, in 1989 by Boris Hoffman, who was born and raised in Lithuania. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Technology from the Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Vilnius, Lithuania. He immigrated to California in 1986 and started working in the construction industry there that year. Initially, he worked as a construction manager for a Los Angeles based development company, remodeling restaurants, hotels, and single family homes, and building new custom homes.
