"We just had a new refrigerator delivered and water continued to leak. We had thought that it was the old refrigerator that the water was leaking from but it persisted even after my husband turned off all the water in the house. and he had to put an endless array of towels to sop up the water oozingt out.I telphoned DB's Plumbing and Drain at approximately 1:30 pm and was told that the plumber would arrive between 2 and 4. Shane arrived around 3 pm. (This in itself was remarkable as we have been waiting for deliveries of appliances and no one ever arrived during their stated range of hours or even the same day.) Shane was friendly and professional. He immediately told us that he knew what the problem was as he has seen it numerous times. The plastic had worn out and there was a breakdown on the line, He replaced the plastic pipe with copper."

He noticed I needed new valves. Again he explained what having bad valves meant. I decided to replace the valves and Ariel replaced them first. I was always watching him and asking questions. He always took his time to explain everything to me. I really love my new faucet, toilets, and I'm glad the drain works in my master bathroom."
