"I have used Mackâ s services for power washing and dryer vent cleaning. Mack is meticulous with his work, professional, courteous and has a cheery disposition. His prices are very fair, and heâ s easy to contact to set up appointments for work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Mack!"

"There are two different teams that do these services, so the dryer was scheduled first, and that guy also did the on-site estimate for the gutter cleaning dryer vent- cleaned the vent, but did not clean the dryer itself, $150 gutter cleaning-for 2-story single family home, cleaned gutters, performed water check to look for leaks, but did not find any leaks, $400 Pros- easy to reach, were able to schedule gutter cleaning within one week, while most other companies were scheduling 3 to 4 weeks out Cons- on phone, was told starting price for gutter cleaning was $150. Once the estimator came out it went up to $400- quite an increase! I was not home, so called back to ask for an explanation on the price increase, the woman I intially spoke with became very defensive when questioned, and finally stated the $150 was the starting price for a townhouse, but... I had told her on the initial phone call that the house was a 2-story single family home with walkout basement, so the back gutters were 30 feet high...so I felt that they were misleading on the inital pricing. The company I have used before gave me a quote of $250, but could not get me on their schedule for 3 weeks. In the end, I was willing to pay a higher price to just get it done within the week."

"Vaccumed ducts at each return and delivery vent. Only one very high return was missed. Santizer fog placed in returns and thru the house. Dryer vent cleaned from outside. Before photos shown for a few vents but no after photos provided."

"I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."

"Very through job. Pleasantly surprised that very dirty molding came out shining clean white."

"I have been using this company for a few years now. They are great. They come every year to inspect the fireplace chimney and clean the dryer vent. They are prompt, courteous, and do a good job."

Before I went independent, I was a service technician with Sterling Appliance here in Northern Virginia. I spent that time in kitchens and laundry rooms across Loudoun and Fairfax, working on washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers.\n\nNow I run my own operation as a sole proprietor. You call me directly, you get a straight answer about what's wrong, and I do the repair myself. Nobody gets sent out who hasn't seen your appliance before.\n\nAlong with homeowners, I service retirement communities and property managers, including scheduled laundry maintenance and dryer vent cleaning for buildings with many units.\n\nI am insured and registered with Loudoun County
