Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!"

We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. "Communication is awful. I had two set appointments and no one called or showed up. They tell a great story but the follow through doesn’t exist. The project looks nice, with the exception of leaking skylights. There was defiantly not a clean up person working during project like explained in their way to lengthy presentation. The contracting crew(people doing the work) were good, but project management has no follow up or responsiveness."

Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. They also did an amazing job replacing an old sliding glass patio door with a real single hinged door with windows. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."
