"We hired Capstone to remodel/upgrade the master bathroom in our townhouse. It is a small bathroom and the total remodel took about two weeks and was completed on time and on budget. We couldn't be happier with the results, and our experience with Capstone from start to finish was excellent. I specifically want to highlight the excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the work, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and especially tiling (did an amazing job with the glass tile accent wall). Everything looks absolutely perfect and is functional. Furthermore, Stephen and his crew were always very pleasant, kept the work area as clean as possible, and were great at communicating (ideas/recommendations, challenges that came up, and any additional costs) through the duration of the project. "Since day one, Deybi and his crew have been able to solve any electrical problems I've had and provide efficient and effective solutions at a proactive level, long term result. First time working with them was due to our previous preferred electrical contractor failing to help with complex electrical problems at a commercial space (office space), so after some looking we found DBG Electric. They were able to help with setting up light switch wiring, installing cubicle receptacles and replacing fluorescent light ballast along with breakers. At another commercial site, we needed help with installation of power packs, emergency lights and flood lights. All of these were installed in a high ceiling area, which was no problem for DBG. They've also helped with lighting a my personal residence, ranging from kitchen light replaced with LEDs to recess lighting needed in the basement. I highly recommend using them, specially with difficult projects that require some ingenuity."

"After interviewing several companies to have our kitchen remodelled, we selected VKB, and we are happy we did. VKB provided a lower estimate than other companies, and their reviews were good. As our designer, Sean was easy-going, accommodating and patient in explaining our options. He promptly created the 3d pdf files with the design of our kitchen, which were helpful to have throughout the project. Adam was in charge of our project, and his responsiveness and understanding were outstanding. At one point we were a bit unhappy with a corner cabinet, but reluctantly we felt we needed to "settle" because there was not sufficient space for a Super Susan. Adam made some research and promptly contacted us with a solution that was perfect for enhanced functionality. Last but not least, Ismar, our foreman on the job was professional, responsive, pleasant, and amazingly skilled. He and his team worked diligently on the electrical portion, cabinet installation, backsplash, appliance installation, and painting. "We were very impressed and happy with ICM Remodeling's work. First, they provided a thorough estimate as well as consultation about overall design as well as specific products. Their quote was better than several others. Most importantly, they deliver very high quality work. They do not cut corners on any work. When unexpected obstacles arose due to previous repair jobs that had been done in the bathroom, Israel brought them to our attention immediately and provided estimates for our approval before moving forward. The job was finished on time and looks fantastic.The team is VERY easy to work with, and Israel was highly responsive -- both during the job, and afterward. A few weeks after completion, I asked him to come address an issue with the shower door and he took care of it within a couple of days. I would be very happy to work with ICM Remodeling on another project, and recommend them highly."

"My home needed more functional closet space in the master bedroom, and I wasn't sure how to make it work given the space restrictions. I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. "I highly recommend City Renovations and Remodeling to new and experienced homeowners and investors. In fact, Mike Wiggs, owner of the company, was highly recommended to me from a trusted source. Mike has been my designer, general contractor and project manager for over three years. He and his team of subcontractors for all the trades and handymen have successfully completed numerous projects for me. The internal big jobs included Mike and his team remodeling my basement into a permitted apartment with an egress window, injection well system, and recessed lighting; remodeling my kitchen into a larger space, better layout and upgraded appliances, cabinets, backsplashes (e.g., switching from an electric cooktop island to a slide-in gas range and installing a peninsula); changing the location of the sliding door and a set of windows in my sunroom for better flow and sightline from the front door entry to the patio door leading to my wooded backyard; replacing the damaged one of the two HVAC systems (i.e., one for the first floor and basement and the other for the second floor); and whole house interior painting and decorative touches (accent walls, trim, etc.) The external big jobs included Mike and his team resolving the sources of severe water damage to my two-story front door entry area and installing a new door, side lites and stoop. The other jobs Mike and his team completed include installing decorative lighting in the front of my house and security lighting at the sides and back; installing and repairing wooden privacy fencing in my backyard; washing away years of mold, mildew and stains from the siding of my house; and installing shelving for two closets and the laundry room to increase my storage space. After years of City Renovations and Remodeling successfully improving or repairing my home, I hired the company to help me with an investment rental property. Mike completed a walk-thru assessment and report to supplement the information from the home inspector and appraiser. Through my pre-purchase consultation with Mike, I got a good idea of what it would take improve the property given my goals and budget. I pointed out problems in the layout of the tile in my first bathroom, and he avoided them all in laying the tile in the second bath. It looks wonderful. He always explained what he intended to do, asked for my input, and accommodated me when it was possible or told me why it wasn’t.
