"Wonderful.. Steven came by and inspected our roof from the inside using an infrared dectector. We had had an area of ice damming in the past and wanted to make sure we had no water damage. In addition, our home is 11 years old and just wanted a double check. Steve is great to work with and super honest. He took the call around 7:45am, he showed up at the time agreed-upon a few hours later - literally at the exact time; no 2-3 hour window.
