"Pond Roofing replaced the roof on our single family home and installed a new gutter over our front porch. We could not be happier with the result! Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. To a one, they were professional, considerate, tireless, and endlessly patient with my questions and comments. An excellent experience for us all around!"

"Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted."

"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. I was so impressed with Roofing & More that I have other projects for them."

Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "Overall the installation went well except the "bowing" in the portion of the roof over the garage. We contacted Power on several occasions, but we haven't received a proper response yet. Below is the email we sent to Power. Power did acknowledge receiving the email, but nothing has happen so far. Email: You replaced our roof April 23, 2022 – project number 35-74502. We’re pleased with the replacement except for the portion over the garage…it’s bowing. Below, is our account of the events detailing how we have tried to resolve this issue. March 26, we met with sales team, Chris Pierson and Christy. We were assured that the bowing over the garage would be addressed and corrected since we were getting a brand-new roof, down to the decking/framing. The replacement should resolve this issue unless it’s structural. Brandon, project manager came out March 30 to check the readiness of the installation; to verify the frame could support the new roof. During the appointment, he mentioned that he would be on site the day of install. The roof was replaced on April 23rd. No on-site manager ever came on site, the lead guy of the work crew was not an effective communicator. We engage beyond the one time he asked for an extension cord. I called POWER and left a message with Chris Pierson that same day after the crew left to express my dissatisfaction with the roof over the garage. POWER came out to inspect/QA the project at completion (the roof) on April 25th, I believe his name was Zach. We pointed out the concaved roof on the garage. He stated that portion may be a structural issue and Power could not address that. I asked him how much would it cost to replace it? He thought about it for a minute or so, then stated it could be replaced, but it would be “redo” and he quoted us a price of approx. $8900. He proceeded to say that he could knock it down to about $7800 if we added an additional project to replace the house trim. This is when he mentioned that they have company meetings on Tuesdays in the morning and he was sure this project would be discussed. He acknowledged that POWER’s communication could have been better (better details in the project notes). We waited few days thinking that someone from POWER would reach out and when that didn’t happen, we called Chris Pierson (the POWER sales guy) on April 28th. During this call, Chris scheduled another QA/follow up appointment for May 9th at 10:00am; he said Dylan, a service manager would come out. On May 9th no one showed up. About 10:20am, we called POWER only to find out that we did not have an appointment for that day. We were not the appointment list. We then rescheduled for 10am the next day, not even 10 minutes later POWER called back to inform us that unfortunately they were not going to be able to make it because of some staff meeting. I recall asking “is the meeting all day”. That’s when we were told that the next available date was June 16th; feeling like we had no choice we accepted the June 16th date at 6pm to allow both of us to be present for the meeting. Upset and feeling like we were about to get the runaround, we placed a call to GreenSky (financing team) to inform them of the matter since loan was activated and payments would begin soon. After sharing the situation with the GreenSky rep, she took notes, and we submitted a complaint because again we felt like we were about to get the run around. On June 12th, we had a call with the assigned GreenSky caseworker. He advised that we should continue to try and resolve the matter with POWER. On June 16th around 1:50pm, I received an apologetic call from Terry, apologizing for being late, that his prior appointment ran over, he was out in the sticks and phone reception was not all that great. I mentioned that our appointment wasn’t until 6pm as so my husband could be home. I was told that I must be mistaken because they don’t make appointments after 6pm, his latest appointment would be around 4:00pm. He said that my husband really didn’t need to present, it would be a quick look and since he was in the area. He asked for a summary of the situation; I gave him the run down. He asked if I could send him a few pictures, which I texted him a few of the garage roof. He said he got the jest of it. He apologized and asked what could they do… we said that we would be open to a knocking something off the price or repairing the area. He said let me call my office. He called us back to say that someone from senior management would be calling us to try and resolve this that evening of June 16th, but still haven’t heard from him or POWER."

"Roofing team was very courteous and efficient. They got the entire old roof removed and new one installed in about eight hours. They also swept the entire yard with a magnetic sweep to remove any extraneous nails. Very quick and professional job."

"Jimmy Castillo and William Rojas did an outstanding job. I like that they took the time to do things right and letting me know when something was previously installed wrong, i.e. bathroom vanity not attached to the wall. This is the third project JW has done for me and every time the outcome was what I expected or better. I love that they clean as they go!!! You expect having to clean up after a project, but they always cover things up, put down floor protection, and constantly clean/vacuum. I was shocked to see Jimmy on his hands and knees cleaning my patio when they were done, one less project this spring for me!! Thanks guys."

"This company is amazing! I was looking for a roof replacement and Terry came to my house and quoted me a price that at first I was in shock because it was so much lower. After trying to find reviews I couldnt but decided to give them a go. Not only did he quote me a alot lower price they came to replace my roof within a week of talking to him. The job they did was amazing it looks great they cleaned up and answered any questions or concerns I had. If I could upload pictures i would so people would see what i saw in them. 100 percent would highly recommend to anyone."
