"Everything I read about Reid and his crew is true, outstanding people! We figured we had a water main leak, Reid was nice enough to come out and take a look, and sure enough, we did. He didnt hesitate to help, told us when he would be sending a crew out to mark off and get started. All 3 gentlemen that were here working were awesome. Even talking to Reids Aunt over the phone for payment was a delight. I dont think I could have asked for a better experience with a company. Trust me, if we have anything we need to have done in the future I will be calling Reid back at After Hours Home Improvement."

"The company uses the latest communications tech to book the work and advise of the technician's arrival. Christopher Merino, the electrician for this task was clear about the task and charges and swapped out my old master bedroom ceiling fan in about an hour, attentive to my desires of color temputure for the LED lights and setting control switches to my wall light switch and the fan remote. The company uses electronic billing and produced the invoice and warranty document before he left. In the office Christopher and Michelle asked appropriate questions to define the requirements and kept me informed with updates. Second time I've used them."

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"After he fixed my clogged garbage disposal quickly, I asked him to take a look at a leak—and he showed me I had misidentified the source of the leak, so he will be replacing my water heater."
